Designbyfeel Inc. program participants who provide written notification of cancellation within three business days of making a deposit  but not less than 60 days prior the first day of class, (see below) are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid less costs of non-returnable training materials, shipping fees, and a cancellation fee of $75.00 to cover administrative expenses.  Students shall be entitled to a similar refund in the event that we discontinue the course/program prior to the start of classes.

Prior to 60 days
Designbyfeel participants who provide written notification of cancellation at least 60 days before the first day of classes will receive a full refund less the cost of applicable training materials and shipping costs.

Within 60 days
Designbyfeel participants who provide written notification of cancellation within 60 days of the first day of classes may be subject to 100% of non-refundable training materials including shipping fees

Merchandise

• Any item that is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons due to our, or the manufacturer’s error bay be exchanged or returned for a refund of 100% of item’s price.
• Any unopened media item or non-media (book, manual, CD, or DVD) item in original condition may be returned within 30 days after delivery for a refund of 100% of item’s purchase price minus $25.00 restocking fee.
